Everbuild Lumberjack 650 Wood Floor Adhesive - 14kg

Lumberjack 650 Rapid Floor Adhesive - 14kg is excellent for fixing all types of wooden floors directly onto any common surfaces such as concrete, wood, metal, ceramic tiles, vinyl, marble, granite and most natural stone.

Lumberjack 650 is a trowel applied, slower setting, hybrid polymer adhesive which will not cause warpage of wood.

Lumberjack 650 is a 100% active, solvent and water free adhesive, with an open time of 60 minutes, floors may normally be used 12 hours after application. It is permanently flexible and suitable for use with underfloor heating, with excellent gap filling properties for uneven surfaces.

Lumberjack 650 is a full bed elastic product which will give excellent sound deadening/acoustic properties.

Everbuild Lumberjack 650:

Preparation: The surfaces to be glued must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants. Existing floors must be free from all polish/wax. Clean existing floor tiling with caustic soda; rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Residues of old adhesive must be removed mechanically as they may affect adhesion.

New concrete must be allowed 4 weeks to dry and mature. Screeds require 28 days maturing and max 3% moisture content before using this adhesive.

Application: Open tin and inner foil pack. Trowel onto floor. Spread evenly with a suitable notched trowel at no less than 0.5kg/m2. Do not spread more adhesive than can be covered within 60 minutes. Remove uncured adhesive with Everbuild Wonder wipes.

Floor may be sanded/used 12 hours after application, depending on site conditions (longer at low temperatures).

Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions between +5 and +25 C. Ensure good ventilation. Storage outside these parameters will dramatically reduce shelf life. Opened tins must be closed airtight and used up as soon as possible (within 1 month).
