These terms and conditions apply to online purchases only.
Prices
All prices quotes are subject to VAT at the current UK HM Customs and Excise rate. Whilst every effort is made to maintain existing prices, we reserve the right to alter prices. Online prices may vary from those in our trade catalogue.
Payment
All goods remain the property of Rest Express until payment is received in full. We accept credit card payments for all online orders (unfortunatley, we do not accept American Express).
If you prefer to pay by cheque, you will need to telephone your order on 01285 831668, and forward payment prior to despatch (7 days clearance will be required).
Unless previously agreed in writing, any goods dispatched will be priced as applicable on the day of shipping. We reserve the right to add to any account not paid within our terms, cost incurred by any legal entity acting on our behalf in the recovery of outstanding debts.

In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will advise you by email or phone and it will be sent as soon as we receive stock.

If you would like a Saturday Delivery to the UK Mainland, please amend the 'Class of Service' under 'Shipping and Handling' in the Checkout or contact us on 01285 831668. There is a £19.95 (plus VAT) charge for this service. (We apologise but our standard next working day delivery service does not include Saturdays.)

Orders and Specifications
Items listed in our catalogue and on our website are usually kept in stock. However, we are able to order other items. If you would like us to quote on non stock items, or are considering making a bulk order, please contact us to discuss details.
Product information sheets are available on request. Solvent based products are only available to those aged 16 or over (under orders of specifications).
Claims and Warranties
Any damage to goods received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your goods as soon as they arrive.
