This new unique service means an end to taking a full day off work to wait for a parcel that may never arrive, or popping to the shop at exactly the same time the carrier attempts to deliver!

If you are not going to be at home or the time given isn't convenient for you, simply send a reply Text or Email message and arrange for the goods to be delivered on a more convenient date

How it works;

On the day of delivery you will receive a Text and Email, which gives you an accurate one hour delivery window for your parcel.
If you are not going to be available, simply reply and choose a different date to arrange convenient delivery of your parcel.
