Rest Express Rustins Friction Polish

Rustin's Friction Polish - 500ml

Easy to use Rustins Friction Polish, produces a high shine very quickly on small turned items. Rustins High Build Friction Polish is recommended for all types of wood and is extremely quick drying.

Application
The surface must be clean, smooth, dry and free from wax, dust and contaminants. Shake well before use.

Apply Rustins Friction Polish liberally with pure cotton cloth or stockinette pad, hand held, to the wood with the lathe stopped or turned by hand. To obtain a high shine, start the lathe, hold the cotton stockinette under revolving work, increasing the speed and pressure until the high shine is achieved.

Maintenance
The surface may be kept clean by wiping with a mild detergent solution.

Drying Time: Touch-dry immediately and will harden in 10-15 mins
Re-coating: May be re-coated after it hardens.
Application Temp.: Ideally 15-25ºC.
Shelf-life/Storage: Many years if stored in original, tightly closed containers in cool conditions.
