Everbuild Lumberjack 650 Floor Adhesive

Lumberjack 650 is a trowel applied, standard setting, hybrid polymer adhesive, specifically designed for fixing all types of wooden floors directly on to all common substrates.

Lumberjack 650 is a 100% active, solvent and water free adhesive and will not cause warpage of wood. Lumberjack 650 has an extended open time, of one hour, for large scale applications, permanently flexible, suitable for use with underfloor heating, excellent gap filling properties for uneven surfaces, and excellent acoustic properties.

Preparation: The surfaces to be glued must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants. Existing floors must be free from all polish/wax. Clean existing floor tiling with caustic soda; rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Residues of old adhesive must be removed mechanically as they may affect adhesion.

New concrete must be allowed 4 weeks to dry and mature. Screeds require 28 days maturing and max 3% moisture content before using this adhesive.

Application: Open tin and inner foil pack. Trowel onto floor. Spread evenly with a suitable notched trowel at no less than 0.5kg/m2. Do not spread more adhesive than can be covered within 60 minutes.

Floor may be sanded/used 24 hours after application, depending on site conditions (longer at low temperatures).

Storage: Store in cool, dry conditions between +5 and +25?C. Ensure good ventilation. Storage outside these parameters will dramatically reduce shelf life. Opened tins must be closed airtight and used up as soon as possible (within 1 month).
