Fiddes range of Shellac based French Polishes are internationally known within the fine woodworking and antique restoration profession. All blended with the finest natural Shellac for over four generations.

Fiddes White Shellac Polish is recommended for use on light woods such as Ash, Chestnut or Sycamore. Fiddes White Polish is practically colourless once applied, due to the fact that it is manufactured from the bleached Shellac.

It is traditionally used when the objective is to achieve a fine French Polished finish, whilst also maintaining the existing colour of the wood.

Recommended for use on Fine Furniture, Doors, Cabinet Work and Panelling.

Application
Fiddes Shellac Polishes are ideally suited for application on top of Fiddes complete range of Wood Stains, Dyes & Shellac Sealer.

Fiddes Supreme Wax Polish or Mellow Wax Polish can be used to further protect and enhance the natural beauty of your french polished furniture.

Application: Zorino Mop/ brush or French Polishing Rubber
Dry Time: 20 - 30 Minutes
Coverage: 8 SqMtr per litre, depending on substrate and method of application
Thinners: Finishing Spirit / Methylated Spirits
Available: 1 litre and 5 litre containers
